see which lane u playing. if u are playing in safelane 4111 works well. for mid, the extra 1 point in range makes u last hit only on ur own ledge, making u super safe from ganks if u got good map awareness.

kalo offlane, just spam shrapnel. hahaha

wooh

From what i heard in reddit, to bring out meepo true potential is to get stat item after agha, something like ethereal, skadi is best for all your meepo. Cos only stat pass down, so far i seen ppl with dagger + ethereal, even a 3k pudge die almsot instant with the burst. And because of the stat transfer, that meepo is so damn tanky. Feel free to try and let me know, not a micro manageable person XD

Will try it out, thanks for teh ideas.

Yeah sorry, that was my bad, i was being childish.

Patent

Last time i practiced meepo was 3 months ago. Tbh, i don't know what item is the best for current meta. Current pub meta is jug, in the hand of a decent player, jug forces objective gaming. The best counter to meepo is objective gaming When 5 players stick together, meepo loses his effectiveness in pub.

People stick too much these days for meepo to be effective(at least in my bracket). To counter the right-click power of jug, ppl started picking troll in pubs. You see troll frequently these days, and troll somehow counters meepo. Back then(3 months ago) i have no problem playing against ember+es counterpick, because they were always out of position.

My past knowledge on meepo is obsolete. My advice is to try out yourself. See for yourself, what item suits you the most. Don't spam meepo and do the same item build everygame.

Edit:

This is unrelated to meepo. I mentioned that jug forces objective gaming, but i forgot to mention why. Basically most heroes that can take early rosh are strong in pub(lycan/juggernaut). Getting early rosh for me is worth the same as getting a teamwipe. Aside from double life and exp, the holder of the aegies gets to rally his teammates. Thats the true power of aegies in my opinion. Once you hold your aegies, there a high chance that your teammates will follow your call. Objective gaming in pubs = free mmr.

So jugg is the thing now eh, how does jugg early rosh ? hmm.gif

Watching these DAC matches really grills my motivation to play better.
I gotta say, thanks to v1n0d for suggesting me play CM a few weeks ago. Really an eye opener for me. I've learned:
- the value of support in a team
- the importance of warding
- positioning in a team fights
- playing with a squishy hero

Though its been a losing streak for me, my CM been my best hero with the highest winning rate so far. Mind you I just finished my first 10 mmr, so its pretty embarrassing to end up at 1.4k mmr. But hey, its a start.

BTW, quick question:

How do I pass ONE observer ward to an allied hero?
Purchasing a ward gives a pair, so I want to give one to an allied hero and the other with me. Is this possible?
*
You should try CM mid...damn fun.

Ctrl+Click on the hero to pass, same as tango.

Thanks guys.
I did tried CM mid yesterday, though my friend really was super skeptical of my idea. Wasn't really my best play, but its actually a decent built towards a carry CM.

Thanks for the help, guys. I'll try that CTRL+click after this.

Is your friend new? hmm.gif

damn reminds me of my GS Huskar days...people were skeptical...but outcome?

Not to mention, maintaining your rating takes time, time which I don't have now that I'm working. I've steadily gone down to the mid 3ks over the last couple of months. In fact, I've gotten so desperate to get back up that I've finally succumbed to playing Juggernaut.

Jugg really that good? hmm.gif

Just won a match yesterday againts jugg, I wounder what did he do wrong? http://www.dotabuff.com/matches/1204462914

It's not that he's good, it's that most people don't know how to deal with him. By the way, Omni is a direct counter to Jugg.
*
Yeah that's why laugh.gif

I don't understand why people seldom use Omni...he can do wonders

Personal thinking omni is not that good of a crowd control, or against too many disable, if a good team, they burst down omni 1st then the rest just slowly eat, which make u the main target or main core. You have only one repel, one heal, when the teamfight too intense, u cant manage it, if the enemy have enuf burst physical + magic, u basically cant do anything. For example combo, a good qop with orchid + one physical burst hero enuf to burst ur team down. Edit: Omni big weakness: Silence!! ofc those are my personal opinion, he is not the almighty god hero you think (but a very great hero), but against pug its more than enuf for them to handle this situation, but how often u see tournament pick omni ? they prefer more reliable heal instead, like shadow shaman and witch doctor in dac lately.
*
Positioning icon_idea.gif Silence? Just fought against enemy team with silencer...no fear bro.

IMO there is no almighty hero, just depends on player.
