What is the best way to train as a team of 5? Go to CC?

How to know who should be Core or Support? By their win rate off heroes? MMR range for my friends and I are 2k-4k.

We have 1 guy who's good at being ward bitch and another good at being Hard Carry. So that's basically set, left 2nd Support,Offlane and Mid player.

Good here = plays that position often and have good win rate (Mostly unranked)

Which role, #1-5 is best suited for newbie players? Require least skill but high impact?

4th and 5th position are not easy to play. You need to be careful about positioning, know the timing for rotations, have a high degree of map awareness, and you must make the most out of limited gold and exp. You'll learn the most from these positions, but for a new player who may not be used to the complexity of DotA, it can be a very discouraging experience.
