Bumping issue(?) in the Garage Sale forum

Its in the Hobbies and Collectibles to be exact. I just finished uploading new picture of stuff that I want to sell and I want to bump my thread but and error occurred saying I can only bump it tomorrow. Upon checking the first page of said forum, my thread does not go up(I'm assuming uploading picture is considered bumping). Is that how it really is for that forum?
