Touch-up done : Lips and eyebrow darkened, eyeballs darkened, level up, saturation lowered, resize width to 400pixels, DPI retained.

Your mistake were : You focused onto her necklace, from your aperture setting I gussed that's why her shades and necklace was sharp and not her face. Watch out on your depth-of-field. Shoot brigther next time, or else use a deflector. Teach you, Henry and Viper already, no need to repeat here lor.
