Even the rates for #hotlink is not on its website. I'd rather use Digi/Celcom prepaid since the rates are advertised upfront and easy to find. The best prepaid plan without roaming is Frendi/Tron for zero cost long life plan/ only RM10(Tron) per year and reasonably cheap call/sms charges.
