 Help me fix dota 2 fps, Constant 30 fps

Hello

As per title
I got constant 30 fps regardless if its on low, medium, high settings

My notebook spec;
MSI GE60 2 PC Apache
GTX 850M 2gb
4gb RAM
1TB HDD

Any help are appreciated

the spec seems to be good enough. As you said, regardless of how are your settings, the fps stays the same. I think there is a problem in the way you run your notebook. Do you change your notebook into high performance? Try shutting down unnecessary applications while playing. Or maybe because your notebook does not specialize in play games. These are my opinion, hope they can help

1. Check your power settings, some laptops default to a fixed frame rate when on battery.
2. Try toggling vsync.

Have you turned off Vsync on setting?

change it to fullscreen, not windowed/ windowed fullscreen, just fullscreen.

Change to:

0.0154sec    0.39    5 queries    GZIP Disabled
