why not suitable? what kind of door can it take?

It can take any door with the correct thickness. Only thing is that it was designed to pull to go in and push to go out. Malaysia doors are generally push to go in and pull to go out.

i still dont understand the NOT suitable part. what if i get from you, then my door also not suitable?

My warranty only covers for functionality. Let me explain again. Haha. assuming you're outside of your home. If you pull your door to go into your home, then this lock suits your door.
Generally, doors in Malaysia would require you to push to go in.
