JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Scope and Responsibilities

1) To assist Restaurant Manager to manage and assume responsibility for all functions of a restaurant and ensure that high standards of operations are consistently adhered to.
2) Responsible for sales and profitability of the restaurant by providing the highest level of hospitality, product quality and cleanliness.
3) Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales.
4) Responding to customer complaints.
5) Establishment of client relationship via meeting and greeting customers
6) Managing staff and providing them with feedback.

Requirements:
1) Minimum Diploma in Food Service Management / Food Management / Hotel Management or equivalent.
2) At least 2 years of experience as Assistant Manager/Manager in F&B industry.
3) Passion for continuous learning and self development.
4) Able to adapt changes and must be a fast learner.
5) Loves the challenge of meeting and communicating with people.
6) Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
7) Discipline and self motivator.

Working Location :
Enak KL, Starhill Gallery, Jalan Bukit Bintang
(nearest train station : Monorail Bukit Bintang; 5 minutes from LRT station.

Salary Range :
R2,500 - RM3,300 + EPF + SOCSO
