got some truth in kimolau's view. my anecdotal observation is that when a project juz VP (esp high rise service apartment) thr will b many speculators advertising sale of their units. Some of these speculators do not hv holding power and they hv to start paying their mthly instalment which can b hefty. If cannot service instalment then bankcrupt lah. Instead of bankcrupt they rather sell and throw price. 3 to 4 yrs ago, specucation is still ok as secondary market sale is still quite vibrant. This yr my property agent friends told me secondary mrk sale is v slow even for landed property.

Nothing much to comment at this moment coz eco world is doing a great job in d development. the eco world gp sends promo materials to us almost every mth updating and marketing us on the eco majestic project and other projects as well.

i heard fr a buyer that so far only 20% payment made for tenderfield (inclusive 10% for s&p)

b4 they asked for my 2nd progress drawdown the developer did post a pix to show the progress of the construction.
