How one would justify the purchase/investment into Merrydale/Eco Majestic? I was quite bullish at the prospect but my friend was telling me that based on investment perspective, the selling price (to yield good return) would be too demanding at the end of Y3 or Y5.

last month went there still got 1 unit selling 688k
lot 8211 but dono still available or not
other unit just different 10-20k
and facing garden is 736k
