I was interested to buy a Gentlebre lot and one of the regulars here pm me that he has a unit. It has been nearly a year and I am still waiting for his offer.

I searched in iproperty but cannot find any Gentlebre advertisement.

If Gentlebre's selling price is RM150 psf, then the price has not moved on par with Arroyo's.

I think the 10% rebate will be paid after VP which is in another 2 years time.

On the layout plan all unit size is stated in sq meter.

He said the unit was his friends. I guess our forummer here could be a middleman.

Guess his friend is not interesred.

But out of 178 units only one advertisement.

This reinforces my thinking that Gentlebre is a best buy.
