Agree.

Few reasons why I am putting more effort here.

I get lots of questions from friends why I invested here.

Eco Majestic has a new concept and located in a quiet town not far from the capital.

This concept is new here and the existing ways I am using to evaluate property needs some innovation.

There are answers like what Chris provided but I think I want to do more.

There are so much we can afford ourselves with options and choices of what are our next moves.

There are information gathered that needs to be evaluated and verified. Older information may need to be updated based on latest environmental changes and policies.

By in possession of a strong basis, our investment can be measured over time.

Perhaps. Nothing is impossible. I tend to like to flip with some profit and move on looking for potential.
