Merrydale South Garden has already been soft launched, but not all are opened, only 4 blocks (8 rows) next to the reserved land for tapak dewan/ tadika/surau which comprises 8A, 8B and 8C.

I didn't ask much - just noted that 8B starting should be RM748k. 8A someone shared earlier that RM726k.

Was told that the South Garden will be priced higher than the North Garden for the same types (8A and 8C) - don't ask me how much as I really didn't ask much...

You intend to buy one?

Is 8B RM748k? Do you check 8C too?

Thanks for the update.

Since the SA were busy serving the (prospect / existing) buyers, I didn't want to take up so much of their time so I didn't ask much questions. Based on what I know, 8B starts from RM748k (but quite diff than yours). Current 8A in North Garden is around RM716k but the one in South Garden will be priced higher - yes 2 tier pricing to clear stock in North Garden as told though I don't quite understand the rationale. In view of that, RM726k for 8A in South Garden as shared by one of the forumners earlier seems possible / correct.

To avoid confusion and possibly incorrect info obtained from here, any interested buyers pls call up or visit the EM sales gallery to get the accurate and up-to-date info.
