I have been for few nights and finally placed booking on last sunday, for Merrydale.

Now preparing to doc for loan.Anyone got good banker to intro?
May i know what is the based rate? I asked few is around 4.4 to 4.45%, not sure is that any better rate offer?

just a quick check, how does the referral works? I have introduced a friend to buy into Merrydale, but wondering if the rebate is in cash term or credit note to be used for future purchase?

i was somehow under the impression that it is the former but when i read the Eco Word Prestige T&C, it seems to be that its more like credit note eh...

My experience is by cash term, will be credited into the referral's alliance-ecoworld debit account.. Referrer will takes money to referee.. If referrer refuse to do so, then really a problem..

hahaha I bet u won't be using the same ingredient on daily basis gua...even if u do i think u can just walk next door to pluck. and so on until the whole taman get to know you hehe...not a bad idea as we can at the same time create some social activity with our friendly neighbors and hopefully by doing so we are back to our parents time where neighbors are our good friends 

Even better if each back garden can grow different type of vege then we can exchange. We then eat what we grow and promote a really healthy and liveable environment in a serene place.

Really worth for that little additional.
So long as it's South Garden (8D is in South Garden), the eVoucher can be used but up to 30April2015 only.
