TS I have a question, I do not know it is real or not.. 2 years back I just came to this new place to start work. Rented a house. that time the owner just finished renovating. They asked me when I am working..I said that day Ill be working wont be coming home. But for some reason, I felt like wanted to go home to take a shower at 7pm that night. So I went home to the house. My renting of the house just started only actually. I went into the house, saw, I cant remember exactly, saw circles of candles with offerings of dolls and sweets inside the circle. All the lights were off. I was too tired, just walked pass the living room and went up to bathe.
That night itsself I became too too tired . Slept through whole night
Next day too sick d, and suddenly chickenpox appeared. I was diagnosed as chickenpox. Im almost 30 years old already. Didnt think much about it as I thoght was just coincidence.

Talked to owner, she said she asked the SIfu said that time not so MANG, as in not so peak time for the spirits to come out , should be fine.
What do you think about that.

Im godson of Kuan Yin

Taoism and Buddhism are separate.

If you are a Taoist, tick 'lain-lain'.

If you practice Chinese folk religion, do not lump yourself under 'Taoism', either.

You're probably just making the all wrong decisions.

Seek out Bao Sheng Da Di the patron of physicians or Hua Tuo the patron of surgeons, and voice your prayers to them.

Alternatively, you could approach Lord Wen Chang, the patron of scholars and academics.

Yes, I am affiliated with a particular sintua/shrine, which is located in Klang and which I have featured multiple times in this thread.

I would be interested to know why you have so many, and if more than one of these talismans serves the same purpose.

It is not recommended to keep superfluous talismans or to 'temple shop'.

Too many cooks spoil the broth, and most talismans have shelf lives, anyway.

coz since 20 years back go visit get one. Keep. Get another one years later keep. Slowly throughout the years getting more and more till somtimes misplaced.

Burning is the proper method for disposal, yes.

When you are done, scatter the ashes in a river or other natural body of water; do not dump them in the trash.

Refrain from doing that in future.

Disposing of religious items by placing them under trees is improper and impolite.

ok thanks.
