Bro Nacht,
With the 15th of the 7th month close at hand, do offerings made to the Good Brothers cultivate merit (in the Buddhist sense) in any way to the offeror? What would be a good way to pay respects/ commemorate this month? |

QUOTE(nachtsider @ Aug 30 2017, 07:40 AM) But isn't cultivation of merit one of the cornerstones of the faith?🤔Granted its not right to pray hoping for wealth (lets not go into praying to the good of wealth for now), but do you mean doing good with the awareness that such good deeds suppossedly attract good karma / cultivate merit pointless then? |
