I'm looking forward to buy the Fujifilm X-T1 and get the 23mm f1.4 lens when I get back to Malaysia. Any recommendation on where I should get mine purchased at a decent price? I don't need the freebies like bags, SD card, etc. I need a couple of extra batteries. (How long does the battery last for the X-T1?)

My hometown is in Melaka & I will be going to Penang for a weekend. Also, I don't mine doing a run to KL to get them.

Yeah, it would cost me roughly RM63 and slower delivery service. I ordered off Shashinki, paid extra RM70 but shipped by Pos Laju.

Anyways, I ordered mine on Shashinki yesterday morning and I got my Larmor 2 hours ago. Say goodbye to the generic screen protector, use two weeks and it's starting to come off.

Next, looking for a decent tripod/monopod for traveling.

Higher in class, eg. Class 10 = faster write/read speeds. Recommended if you're shooting FHD videos or taking continuous photos in RAW.

For normal JPEGs and lower resolution videos, you can use Class 6 cards.

Personally, I have the 23mm and I find it's perfect as a walkabout or street photography lens. I would prefer a wider lens for landscape, eg 12mm /14mm. I find the 23mm is more practical since it's wider and if I wanna get closer to the subject I can walk closer. The 35mm is tighter, as mentioned, good for portrait, can get close without moving, but you might find yourself right against the wall for wider shots.

My vote for the 23mm.

It's not really hard to make one and you can find tutorials off Youtube. This type of knot is called 'Snake Knot'.

You can order the Paracord off Lelong, or maybe contact those paracord bracelet maker to make one for you.

Hi guys, hope you can enlighten me with this issue I have. Recently, I've found out my X-T1's shutter dial has the "sticky issue". I have a couple of question regarding this :

1. Is this covered in the warranty? The camera is roughly 5 month old.
2. How long does it take to fix this?
3. Where should I go in Malaysia to fix this? My hometown is Melaka.
