Hopefully Malaysian retail price will be lower as Fuji's products tend to be lower, pre GST

Not a surprise.. I anticipated somewhere at that price the moment i saw wide prime 1.4 with WR summore..

Lens is getting more and more expensive.. I just hope on the other hand, the old lenses like 14mm 2.8 or 23mm 1.4 will be cheaper

the range still acceptable..

rem the 56mm f1.2 price at USD999 but when I'm purchased it only RM2850 which at USD 3.2/3.3
so our RM in slump.. expect will be around 3.3K (just wait "if" rm getting better back      )

if you come from DSLR, e.g Nikon 24mm 1.4 rm 5k+     

even  23 f1.4 also abt 2.6k- 2.8k if not mistaken

Fuji lens is one of the cheapest in the market considering the quality is top notch. For 2.5-3k see what lens u can get from NIKON. lol

Called Fujifilm Glenmarie, I will get my camera fixed on Thursday and will be deported back to Menara Axis on Friday. He assured me that I will get it on Friday.

Good thing is I will have a camera to use in my next trip which commences on 1st May...

I asked what were the things have been fixed, they changed my on/off button and fixed my leak light issue. Then, I asked about my d-pad and I think that was left out. So, they are going to try and fix it accordingly.

So far, it is still OK. I will need to call back on Thursday again.
