yes thank you tell them customer says that the driver/delivery person
1 is very impatient - horns 2 times, no one comes out within 15 sec he will just leave
2 though he does call and i customer missed the call, its normal dont make a big deal of it - instead when cust calls back to say sorry 'im here didnt hear your horn' he wil say 'i am already going back see how la my mood' cut off
3 then out of nowhere he appears shouting to collect the parcel
tldr
customer feels that we are there to be verbally abused just because we are slow in accepting delivery. This is how courier service has become today sad
