Hi, this is my first visit after positive result. Looking for good gynae. Appreciate if people experience with Dr Ang Chin Guan, can share some experience.. we prefer natural delivery. And also could share his experience and charges for consultation and delivery.
We do not prefer doc push for ceasaran.

I've been seeing Dr Ang from SJMC over a year. He is very nice and answer all my questions. He has quite a lot of patients and sometimes he has to attend to emergency that you have to wait for 30 minutes to 1.5 hours. A friend of mine is also his patient. He responded to my friend's email when she was overseas. Recommended!

The charges as follows:-

First time consultation fee: RM 235 + 6% GST (RM 249.10)
Follow Up Consultation fee: RM 105 + 6% GST (RM 111.30)
Scan of Pelvis fee: RM 165 + 6% GST (RM 174.90)

Imaging fee: RM 69 / RM 87 / RM 93 - Hospital charge
Medical Record (First visit): RM 15 + 6% (RM 15.90) - Hospital charge
Subsequent Medical Record: RM 5 + 6% GST (RM 5.30) - Hospital charge

He is a doctor who can joke. He never make me feel worry but be prepared for the fees.

Natural birth sometimes will take longer time, may as long as 10 hours

My experience with Dr Ang is generally good, humble and i am happy with him. He never forced me to operate and he will not simply prescribe medicine. He always has busy schedule and depends on your case, his consultation time is range 5-10 minutes.

can anyone share the delivery cost for Dr Ang? does he encourage natural delivery？

my first child was delivered by Dr. Teng Boon Nie and my second one was by Dato Dr. Ang..... both are good doctors and very professional... both my children are natural delivery... in fact, they encourage my wife to deliver naturally.....

bear in mind that natural deliver sometime has to wait longer....for my case, wife admitted at 7am on Sunday and nurses already informed Dr.Ang every 30 mins.... then Dr.Ang came at 11am after his golf game i think but wife is not ready then Dr.Ang lepaking around until 2pm before bb decided to come out...

natural delivery is the best way to go. unless there is complication.

doctor that pushes for c-sec without reason are just medicalising the patients and should be sued if no justification can be done. lol.

A law suit can be only be filed if you can get another doctor that willing to give statement.
But sadly, no doctor will ever help patient to sue another doctor.

2014 . total cost is RM6.1K for 3 days and adnormal delivery (vacuum) + epidural + single bed room .... please prepare another 1-1.5K for your bb's pediatric.
