most of the gym open at 10am, my condo gym isn't available.. how to lift before I go to work? sounds cool if possible to do tht..

found one celebrity fitness nearby my working place, any review bout tht gym?

I bought pull up bar and push up bars so that I can do push up, pull up and abs exercises alternatively, before go to work. It is so cheap yet pretty effective. Tried going to gym before work but it makes me too tired for the whole day, LOL

I hope you are not a beginner... i hate it when beginner says "not enough" when they can hardly master the "home-level" weight (1 dumbbell set)


Also, going to the gym before work.... I don't think it's a good idea... especially if you plan on doing intense training.


You would definitely felt like shit after 2-3 hours from your training..

maybe you are right, but if that really happens I will go after work, the point is I still need a gym.. small gym usually hell crowded after 7pm.. that's why I want to try big franchise gym which has more equipments

nay, just that some ppl say that after working out you will feel tired when working. doesnt apply to me tho
