I bought pull up bar and push up bars so that I can do push up, pull up and abs exercises alternatively, before go to work. It is so cheap yet pretty effective. Tried going to gym before work but it makes me too tired for the whole day, LOL

QUOTE(Ldee @ Dec 27 2014, 09:29 AM) not enough la, dumbell won't do much.. i plan to find a gym nearby also I hope you are not a beginner... i hate it when beginner says "not enough" when they can hardly master the "home-level" weight (1 dumbbell set) Also, going to the gym before work.... I don't think it's a good idea... especially if you plan on doing intense training. You would definitely felt like shit after 2-3 hours from your training..

You will feel tired and feel like sleeping... maybe you are right, but if that really happens I will go after work, the point is I still need a gym.. small gym usually hell crowded after 7pm.. that's why I want to try big franchise gym which has more equipments
