Just heard the devastating news that our brother roti-terbakar has passed away earlier last month.

It was only a couple of months ago that we met in person, young and lively chap he was. Will definitely miss our banters, bashing and trash talking together.

Here's to you Saiful, gone but never forgotten. May you find eternal peace.

Well to be fair to Zaha, I think he lacked proper guidance from the manager. He was signed by SAF, but who would've thought that SAF announced his retirement before Zaha joined the club, leaving him to Moyes.

I see a raw talent in Wilfred, but he does not put enough effort to maximize his potential when given the chance to. Seen him play a few games, not at all convincing, reminded me of Nani when he first joined the club.

Good to see Zaha moving to another club, maybe more first team football will be good for his development, otherwise he'll be another Scott Sinclair. Bags of potential but lacked first team development.

England future is bright.

Mata would've been a better option with Herrera behind him. Poor performance from the midfield today. Weak.

I think we've been debating about Rooney for many seasons already,he doesn't have the vision nor ball control to operate as a CM. But to be fair, the rest of the midfield played poorly too, especially that overrated Belgian fella and Di Maria.

Time to shake up the midfield in the summer

Honestly, I'd blame Falcao too. He missed a sitter yesterday.

Van Persie is a target man, Falcao is somewhat a target man as well, he doesn't make alot of long runs. A target man + a runner will always be a better combination, hence Rooney-RVP partnership worked wonders a few years ago. Ever since Rooney is shifted to CAM/CF/CM, he isn't the same goal poacher as before.

Not sure if Van Gaal realize that Rooney has NO vision nor he can hold up the ball. He is poor with his distribution, giving away possession and wayward passes. We need a CM with vision, create space for himself and can hold the ball. So far Herrera and Mata combo is my favorite, sadly being overlooked before of the gaffer's 'philosophy'.

If VG mentioned that Herrera tends to leave space behind, it's the CDM's role to act as the 5th man at the back. What we lack is a midfield anchor, someone who holds the ball and distributes it. Our players gives possession away too easily.
