We are planning to launch our freehold 18'x75' double storey terrace in Bandar Country homes early next year. 155 units, fenced and gated, 2 acre park, and a target price of under 500k after rebate.

Ambang Botanic is launching DSL. I just register yesterday. 100 + units only after internal booking. Price 618K onward. Very near to mosq cry.gif very near to Sentosa flood cry.gif

But still, got more than 500 register brows.gif . bcs it is gated with 24 hours security. So hear say is Balloting cry.gif

We have 22'x70' freehold DSTH selling for 688k in Bandar Country Homes (before discount).

It's just that the 18'x75' is a legacy parcel with individual titles already released so we can't do much about the size.
