it depend on supplement, if u cant hit that calories or amount of macro nutrient maybe supplements is the way to goi experienced both, but i will pick real food at any time, if got supplement nowadays, its just purely multivitamin only to support full nutrition
for fat burner, nah no need la.. wasting money only.
keep eating enough calories and make is as routine for healthy lifestyle
