it depend on supplement, if u cant hit that calories or amount of macro nutrient maybe supplements is the way to go

i experienced both, but i will pick real food at any time, if got supplement nowadays, its just purely multivitamin only to support full nutrition

for fat burner, nah no need la.. wasting money only.
keep eating enough calories and make is as routine for healthy lifestyle

if u are aiming for fatloss, stick with real food.
speak based on experience, using protein shake vs real food.. similar effect

u could save a lot by real food too
its just a supplementary..not magic food

while im on diet phase, the only exercise i did was cleaning up my house.
its maybe 2 days /week

reason is so easy, if u go foe high intense.. body will need carb in replacement, so u will craving a lot.. make it light and enjoyable.. u still can lose some weight

its rely on food basically, exercise only will help you less than 10% .
if u fail to lose , change bit by bit ur nutrient.. u will be fine

reset back your program by intro 1day cheat meal every week.. for one mth..

increase calories up to 2500-3000kcal for a day, and a bit dirty in meal

after one mth settle..push down again..

dont afraid to start with cheat meal..all inside ur head.. focus on your diet after that..
