Calories between 800 to 1k. Plan ahead. (Half vege quater protein quater god fats) in smaller plate (Everyday for the pass 5 months) usually 15 minutes maybe less im done.

Maybe what you can do try to extend for fasting hours 48 or 72 mixed it with dry fasting as well.

What's your Break Fast eating pattern ? Fast food ? Rice ? Do you replace your rice with vegetable ? I suggest you look into Complex Carbs instead.
