Drink a lot of water. Finally reached healthy BMI.
Eat rice once per day. Mostly my diet contains a lot of oats, wholemeal bread, unsweetened coffee and eggs.
Not using any supplements including multivitamins. It increased my appetite to eat.
The main key is diet in losing weight and control you glucose (sugar) intake level.
Currently, doing some total body weight training in gym to build muscle 3 times per week.
