hey guys... so i've been following this diet where i eat 200-300 kcal above my TDEE besides working hard at the gym. for the past few weeks i've been losing some body fat tho which i'm absolutely thrilled about even though i'm technically bulking. i guess it's body recomposition since i'm fairly new at the gym. i can already see some outline of my six packs especially at the top part of my abs. but i still have some significant fat on my love handles. should i lower my calorie intake? or should i just follow through with my current diet? i heard that the love handles are the hardest fat to get rid of. seriously if i finally get rid of my love handles i'd be the happiest person in the world.

Hi I'm new here! Can anyone suggest a good exercise routine that will have a fast result especially for the tummy. I use to not have love handles but because of thenature of my work I sit all day and y tummy has gone big. lol

hi. one thing you need to be clear is there is no spot reduction when it comes to fat loss. you may want to lose those fat in your tummy but in order to lose weight you have to lose fat all over your body. hence whatever exercise you do works in fat loss as long as you sweat. more important than exercise however is diet.

Hello everyone.
I used to be fit in my uni time. 3 times gym perweak at least. Ideal body weight with muscle.
2 year after my working period I gained 13kg.
Just did check up yesterday since lately having heavy headache. The doctor told me that my blood pressure is not normal (150/?)
He said I need to reduce weight at least to 70kg. Im more stressed now since I have more possibilities to have chronic disease such as heart attack.
Signed up for gym membership yesterday it self. Wish to have workout partner to motivate me constantly.

all the best! at least you've been through the road before so you don't have to second-guess everything unlike a newbie.

How do you guys measure fat percentage? Any advice?
*
You can use fat calipers to estimate your fat percentage. You can also use body fat scales but they're quite expensive.

I used to post my picture online and asked people to estimate my body fat instead. It's fast, easy and it's free. biggrin.gif

Just staying motivated can help you get in shape and look younger. I think it's important to take care of yourself. In order to stay healthy and fit, I try to work out 3-4 times a week. I am inspired by Dane Findley. Thanks to his blog, I improved my physical health. Just check it out - https://overfiftyandfit.com/

Wow he is really inspiring. Love to see fit dude who are over 50's. I hope I will be like that too.

Hello, apparently I am on a diet plan which is intermittent fasting, not sure if anyone have heard it. It's like I can eat whatever I want for 5 to 6 hours then by 12 to 16 hours, I will not take any meal but water, seems effective to me. Your thoughts?

My elder brother and several friends are on it. It has become somekind of a trend now. How long have you been doing IF and how long do you intend to keep it up?

I am 20 years old student who weights 75 kilos. I know its not normal but i am planning to lose more kilo because im losing confidence to myself. At my age, i should be conscious coz im not getting any younger anymore and it's for my health also. I love to eat pizza, burger, pasta especially fries. Yummm!! I start looking for a solution to my problem. I  exercise, I make a diet. I limit myself to the food i love. But upon searching, i read https://www.greenmed.io/blog/what-is-the-di...es-and-cbd-oil/ that CBD can help my problem. I am not sure about this. Can somebody tell their experience in CBD?

It's weed. I'm pretty sure it's illegal here. sweat.gif

For a 20-year-old you sure are very conscious about your health. That's great, but make sure you exhaust all the common methods to lose some of your weights before jumping into any pills/supplements/other trendy products/diets.
