Hi, I realise that what you posted is what I want. I want to gain weight, especially develop my chest and abs but want to lose some tummy fat. Is it possible? I don't have any gym membership. How to exercise without having to join one? I try to do sit ups but it brings pain to my stomach. Appreciate your advice.
