you are a dumb fuck.

if you dont have anything useful to help the guy then you better shut the fuck up.

i am trying my best to help him.

if you think you are such an asshole then go teach the guy how to count calorie and be a nerd about it.

what i am offering is straight up ghetto style that is SIMPLE and MAKES SENSE.

Cutting out Carbohydrates is one of the way for people to lose weight easily.

But do know this, in the end everything comes down to Calories In and Calories Out.

I think asking someone who just wanted to try out to lose weight from the start is to Reduce the Carbohydrates intake first, while focus to eat more on Vegetables and Lean Meat because they are lesser in Calories.

Moreover, avoiding Carbohydrates wouldn't help if the party still eating tons and tons of calories from other sources, which could be from Fats as well.

So I do think that counting calories should be a better way to help another person lose weight better, in a long term.

To be honest, I am kind of desperate now, I am currently eating a no carb diet, exercising everyday and sleeping 7 hours a day. I'm just thinking if there are any more ways for me to speed things up
*
What do you eat all the time? Do you keep a Food Diary?

When you talk about exercise, what are the activities you are into? Jogging? How many Minutes per KM? What are the time you spent doing the exercise?

To speed things up, simply eat lesser CALORIES (Not Carbs) and you will see the result.

can i ask how much time u guys usually spend on tracking the calories? like if i eat a bowl of cereal, i need to go count the amount of calories, is that very time consuming
especially for complicated food

trying to lose weight and from this thread, seems like tracking calories is a good way to understand my own body
*
Usually in the beginning will take up quite a number of time because you have to find it online on the Calories of the Cereal you are eating, the Milk you put with your Cereal, or maybe some people would even put Sugars.
Moreover, the thing is that alot of calories does not need to search online if you are eating from packaging, because most of the food now has Labels on them, so just have to learn how it read it then it is fine.

As time goes, then you will realize that it is quite easy, and you can just guess what is the calories of the food from just looking at it.

It just need to take some time to practice only.

What is IF and how do we do it? What is the expected result if it is working?
*
It's something like Eat a Light Meal and then wait another 8 or 16 hours and eat another Meal again.

Expected Result: Weight Loss

Why does it work: Eat Less, means Less Calories, means Calories Deficit, means People know the drill. People lose weight because you eat less.

Had been reading a few articles for weight loss which some of them says keep your daily diet below 50g carbs and 20g fat to see results.

I am 167cm and weight 58-60kg. I gave a range because it always varies when i feel full or having constipation problem. (It gets better after i eat sunskit and jog regularly, just started for one week.)

When i tried to key in default goals in myfitnesspal apps, which i plan to is to key in 50g carbs (15%) 20g fats (15%) and... for protein i need 48g only according to my weight, but the apps wont let me set up my own ratio unless i reach 100%. Does this mean this ratio isnt recommended or it is unhealthy? And if i take too much protein like above 48g, what will happen in my body?

Trying to jog every evening every day, stamina isnt good, cant continously jog for 1km. A student and i am in my holiday, quite sedentary in the morning/afternoon.

Had been inspired by many abs holder in instagram for many days, determined to cut belly fat, had been successfully avoid rice and bread for 2 days.

What i am having recently is

Breakfast (around 7am): one teaspoon of nescafe+one teaspoon of sugar+one teaspoon of coffeemate, and two hard boiled eggs

Around 10:30am: Ate a sunskit

Lunch around 1pm : Broccoli, or other veggie

Around 4pm One hour before jogging+walking: 50g avocado + few cashew nuts

Around 7pm One hour after come back from jogging+walking: one scoop protein shake

🤔🤔🤔 didnt track the percentage of the macros i ate but will start doing today.

Am i doing things right? O.o Can control myself quite well if you guys have better suggestion please guide me thank you!!!

What exactly is your goal though? I didn't see anything about going to Gym so I don't think building muscles are the goal for you.

As for cutting belly fat, NO Diet, or Workout that will specifically target where you will be LOSING the Fats, the only thing you can target is where you want to GAIN the Muscles.

If your goal is to lose more weights, please for the love of whatever upper beings you are worshiping, don't go read up all those complicated websites that tells you about "50Gs of Carbs, (Weight * 2) G of Proteins, 20Gs of Fats.".
It is too complicated for us, that is why people invented the SIMPLEST AND EASIEST way for us to lose weight, "Calories In, Calories Out".

Just count your CALORIES instead if you want to Lose Weight.

And for the part on the Jogging, just keep doing it and eventually you can Jog 1Km without stopping, or maybe 10Km or even more.

Lastly, remember this, if you wanted to Lose Weight, it is supposed to be a LIFESTYLE CHANGE, but not a Temporary Solution.

Want to ask. Bro science or true?

Controlling insulin by low carb can make body adapt to fat metabolism?

Keto is the best diet for fat loss around belly?

Intermittent fasting really burns fat?
*
Bro Sciences.

All of them will help to lose weights. People just come up with ideas upon ideas because there are humans that don't believe that it's all about how many calories you eat and you burn.

Well the truth is all of them will help to lose weights because they are just asking you to eat less calories in a different method.

And no we can't target where we are going to lose the fats.
