I started hard to control weight even I did control my meals and exercise. I believed it is due to aging process.

My weight was always 62-64 and I can easily reduce it if I control food.

Come to last 4 months, it gained until 66 and can't be reduced anymore e en I applied the same behaviours like previous time.

But then, I managed to get my weight reduces and tummy is looking good now.

Worked for me. Did the 16:8 previously but now I’m on OMAD. Feels great. Hunger is there, just drink water to relieve it.

I tried the 16:8 but I get very sleepy if I don't eat in the morning and I got to work. OMAD is too extreme for me. sweat.gif

Wow, that result is quite impressive. Maybe I should try it again but with more determination haha

I did it for one month only tho and it was unintentional. Wouldn't say it's the healthiest way to lose those weights haha.

My friend has eating rice for a year, the first 3 months he stop eating rice very drastic change, we all thoght he was abusing subtances. but we later found out he stop eating rice, he is very lean now, still drinking beers once in a while, and he say the rooibos fruit also help him to calm the hungry tiger inside the tummy, lol
btw found this about rooibos fruit,
https://nicolsonm_redteax.pay.clickbank.net...33577&cbexit=58
is this green light? wanted to start dieting and lose some 38.6 kg
*
Did he stop having rice only or cut down all the carbs? If it's latter, then I personally think that's not a very healthy way. Cause I tried and I gained even more when I start to eat just a lil carb

I noticed it's possible for me to only consume 240 calories for lunch; Small pack of honey roasted almonds (20g fat, 4g sugar, 7g fibre, 7g protein).

Coupled with a 800-1200 calories dinner consisting of only meat/fats and veg + supper, I hope this is sutainable and would greatly reduce my daily caloric intake.

he literally just stopped eating rice, and still not eating rice, but i believe he got carbs from other foodtype but not rice. he told me the first 2 weeks is the hardest, moodswings, tired body, hunger he told me, i tried but its very hard!  bangwall.gif

Whats most important is that you can adhere to the diet. Doesn't matter if you do Intermittent Fasting or Keto or whatever. As long as it works for you and you can maintain it in your lifestyle then go for it. For me i personally love flexible dieting where i can eat whatever i want as long as it is within the caloric intake and macros im good thumbsup.gif

I'm down to 138kg from 170kg, started around early July.
Now I can see I have sagging belly and skin which scares me.

So thats about 1.7kg weight loss per week, should I slow down so I dont have too much loose skins?

I commenced my weight loss, muscle gain routine plan on Apr until now.
Was from 83kg to 67kg (dropped too rapidly) but now stabilized at 71kg.
My visceral fat was from 11% to 4%.

Im not bro-science about this but this was what I did:
- skip rope daily x500 (Sunday full cardio day x1000)
- Monday (chests, tricep), Wednesday (back, biceps), Friday (shoulder, legs), Sunday (cardio, abs)
- do compound exercises including squat, deadlift, bench press, shoulder press, pull ups (always have this in my routine, then add other variations)
- breakfast (4 eggs, oats, protein powder, green apple)
- lunch (steamed chicken breast/salmon, broccoli/cauliflower, sometimes canned tuna)
- dinner (steamed fish fillet, broccoli/long beans)

Now it becomes integrated in my life, when I miss a gym day I will feel guilty or if I binge eat, will also feel guilty. So my sub conscious is now my personal trainer haha.

What I gained from this is:
- better mental clarity
- no longer lethargic
- impressive confidence
- more patience
- irritated when other bros don't rerack dumbbells/plates
- more semen (lol seriously)

i think at this stage already, even if u slow down the loose skin is pretty much unavoidable.
imo, just carry on and perhaps slowly plan for surgery to remove excess skin... i have a friend who went thru the same process recently.

That's.. demoralizing.
Does it help if I go to the gym, like it fills the gap with muscles or something.

that would depend how much excess skin u got now.
u can always just lose weight at an ideal rate now and see how it goes again in say another 6 months.
go send this guy an email and ask his advice - https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=101...&type=3&theater
he recently had 2kg of excess skin removed also.

i think that related to your skin elasticity

so when you slim down now, your skin just get used to your previous shape.

Tbh now no visible excess skin, just that I can see my body starting to shape like a pear now.
I'll just keep up the pace I guess and slow down if I start seeing em.
Cant go to the link, no permission.

when you mean skin elasticity, it's more like genetic or depends on age.
I assume me being 29 years old means my skin elasticity is not that great anymore.

Am 33.
