Btw I never got the email

Did a top up, called them before payment and asked them to adjust the SC. They asked if I got the email and I said yes... Wenn through fine at 0.8%

No verification at all, just straight away discounted to 0.8%

I'm a regular customer and top up at least monthly - I hardly class this as cheating.

If they really want to limit this they'll be using unique codes etc. I doubt they're losing money by offering a 0.8% SC

I placed the order and called them before making payment to adjust the SC to 0.8%

Made payment the next day after logging in and seeing the SC had been revised.
