I would be interested for HwangIM Sales to meet me for EPF investment only.. 😁

Been trying to get someone from there to meet me since November or December last year but nothing happened yet...

I think EPF approved fund only got 3.

Select income
Select opportunity
Select balanced

EPF funds generally can have no more than 30% invested abroad.

The fund also must be established more than 3 years. So the parameter of investment very limited.

I can recommend agent if your interested.

Over the time, the holdings of a particular fund may change. So we don't really know if the fund is overpriced or not.

hmm.gif i hope you meant "How do I know if a fund is EXPENSIVE/CHEAP?"

Don’t Judge A Fund By Its Price!
Investing Basics
It is a common misconception for investors to believe that a lower fund price makes a fund ‘cheaper’. In fact, whether a fund is expensive or not depends strictly on the valuation of its underlying stocks or bonds within its portfolio perform; the unit or the NAV price of the fund bears little significance. A fund cannot be overpriced

Only the target market/sector of the fund can be overpriced

Oil price will definitely go up, just a matter of when and by how much. Your prediction is after CNY, analysts estimate is in 6-9 months time.

hmm.gif if I want to do it,...I would do
1 IRR or XIRR for EACH fund that I am planning to have investment movement...so that I know what is the performance of the fund
(I would NOT compare the IRR or XIRR Performance AGAINST each other funds in the portfolio as their objectives/mandates/coverage are different, UNLESS one is a rear view mirror investor that FOCUSED on the performance and want the BEST return for his investment irregardless of where the funds are invested, which is against the normal wisdom of diversification)
1 IRR or XIRR for the portfolio, where data inputs are entered once there is movement in any of the funds that is in the portfolio....so that I know what is the performance of my portfolio.

It doesn't matter when the oil price will go up. What matter is: when it does go up, you can tell people, "You see, I was right!" brows.gif
