Anyone have any bad experience to do braces in White Smile Orthodontic?
I'm currently having my braces at there since March, every month appointment also delay for more than 40min up to 1 hours, just to wait for the doctor.
I always make my appointment with Dr.Reuben, but then always it was another doctor help me to do. Most of the time, i feel bad for it. The reason i choosing to do the braces there is because i trust in Dr.Reuben, but then most of the time he also just verbally teaching other doctor to help me for my adjustment.

It was a bad experience, as there was no courtesy call and I had to resort to seeing other dentist.
I seriously not happy that i did not get enough attention as I need. Sometimes i arrange an appointment with Dr.Reuben end up is another dentist/trainee who helps me to do it. And her skills are not professional enough, as most of the time that i have to go back again due to the wire she dint help me cut properly till it keeping poking on my gum.
