Hi all.I wish to use braces cuz my teeth are uneven but im not so sure pulak if i can or cant pronounce some alphabets correctly cuz my course right now doesnt require me to take MUET.My friend just recently install her braces cuz last time when she was doing MUET,her lecturer told her that she cant pronounce 'S' well.

Anyway,i just want to know if there's any drawbacks from wearing braces.cuz from what i heard,u have to wear retainers for the rest of your life?is that true?and my mum said i will be toothless faster (compare to my peers) when i'm old cuz they hv to take out some of my teeth out to install the braces.
