I just have my braces on yesterday and is indeed suffering. I can't even chew cabbage nicely and I can feel the pain.

QUOTE(xGalGirlx @ Jul 8 2014, 01:31 AM) Porridge is the best solution. Usually it's just first time you'll feel slight pain. My friend and I didn't feel any pain at all on the second month. Still, depends on each person. I bite whatever's in front of me, at most, just having loose brackets My front teeth now very sensitive too, feel hurt when accidentally bite on it. |
