QUOTE(Quazacolt @ Jan 14 2015, 08:13 AM) CD2 Hi Bro... Especially when depending on size (AFAIK including the one you mentioned), you actually have 4 deep grooves vs 3 Many tks 4yr comments/opinion in response 2my Q re CD2 & XM2!! My gratitude also goes 2all our Sifus/Bros who hv contributed thru opinions...even images 2exemplify their views...TQVM!! Conclusion? All yr views point 2wards CD2 as the BETTER bet 2place my $$$ on... Will KIV that point when time comes 2make my nxt change of tyres... ps. For 185/60R14 tyres, XM2 has ONLY 2 grooves... Only the 15" tyres hv 3 grooves... This post has been edited by zeone: Jan 14 2015, 10:22 PM |

QUOTE(TitanRev @ Jan 20 2015, 09:51 AM) Thanks zeone..... Hi Bro... Saw few post back mentioning CD2 then BlueEarth..these tires really so gooding....Never used them before cause tire my uncle never recommend to me. Re Bday wishes, alwaz welcomed wan! Sp day in yr must get sp wishes lo... Re tyres eg CD2, Bluearth, XM2, etc...and those examples given abt accidents with this or that tyre...kinda feel MAIN & MOST important factor is the DRIVER!! Not the tyres... FACT : Cars on every kind of tyre hv been involved in accidents! Agreed? |

But hv still long way 2go b4 me reach that time 2open up/chk my Gaga's spark plugs.. Sincerely hope they @least wld last 50k Km in good condition lo... NB. Theory is 100k Km...correct? So 50% of claimed mileage shld b no prob, rite? PS. However, hv noted that Bro TitanRev SPs were only @46k Km!! How abt others who hv used them? Do they reli last...anywhere near to 100k Km...at all?? This post has been edited by zeone: Jan 25 2015, 06:28 PM |

QUOTE(TitanRev @ Feb 11 2015, 08:16 PM) It's easy to pull out because got oil. That is the breather pipe. The one next to it on right which is smaller is also a breather pipe that goes into your Intake Manifold. See my profile picture. I connect both into a OCT so no EO vapor goes into the TB and into the Intake Manifold. Hi Bro... Pls allow me 2offer my "IINM" perspective of abv... The hose that is connected 2the point after the air filter box, is as yu called it the "breather" pipe ie it allows the rocker cover space 2"breathe". It allows filtered air 2b sucked into the rocker cover area. That "clean" filtered air wld replace the air (with EO vapour in it) sucked out fr the rocker cover via the other hose into the intake manifold... Sincerely hope Bros can picure the flow... As such, the breather hose shld not hv EO vapour/oil...normally... However if engine is revved high frequently, the suction @connection pt after filter box may b higher than normal resulting in EO vapour drawn out there, too!! Apologies 4being long-winded lo... |

Bros DonMe TitanRev...
Update : 1 possible solution 2overcome EO vapur/oil @ breather hose wld be : Firstly, to disconnect the breather hose fr its connection @point after air filter box...& sealing the exposed connector there. Then...2use a shorter hose 2connect a replacement smaller air filter (seen such being sold) to the rocker cover connector. That wld ensure intake of clean filtered air into the rocker cover 2replace the EO vapour/oil contaminated air which wld then ONLY b sucked out in2 the Intake Manifold 2b burnt! Note : No EO vapour/oil shld exit via that new breather hose liao... True? An alternative wld b 2connect an OCT inbtwin the rocker cover & the intake manifold...2remove the EO vapour/oil. Any comments? TQVM. |
