QUOTE(davidke20 @ Dec 23 2014, 07:51 PM) You only need to get stuck in LDP for 1.5 hours. The end result is, some 300 post gone, new thread begun and already in 3rd page after 60+ posts Frankly, it's kinda frustrated to me. I still maintain the love of the car, but posting technical stuff has been a burden if we're talking about GaGa. I mean I enjoy making technical posts in Shawie thread more than GaGa anytime. I don't know about others, but I think GaGa thread will lose steam from now on. Seeing this spam for the sake of getting a new thread up activity really makes me think this is the end. QUOTE(r3apers @ Dec 23 2014, 08:07 PM) Gaga in terms of ecu nothing much we can tune since it is that restricted, if want to custom put an ecu better save money buy new car Apa lagi? Handling lor, bars lo, engine lo, intake lo.. simple diy and pictures of cars at least keep the thread going. |

QUOTE(TitanRev @ Dec 24 2014, 09:02 AM) Nice discussion...seems like we on the topic of heat... Something like this?I've removed my heat wrap due to the foil was old and didn't have new one to put it back one. My OBD2 device kaput already so I can't get any temp reading after removed. I also have DIY wrap my exhaust header previously and this really made the engine bay a lot cooler it is obvious from the recent track day I took part in SIC. Before that without exhaust wrap when I pop the hood I can feel the heat just whoosh up in my face..even my friend who drive a persona commented that my engine bay didn't felt hot compare to his. If we want to cool down the intake air there's another way which is to put a sprayer motor and a fine most nozzle drill and tap it into the air intake ram. Just make a switch that can make it spray a very fine must of about 1sec...this is what I had in mind just like IC sprayer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NmzLaaFQjiQ This post has been edited by n3w: Dec 24 2014, 09:59 AM |

QUOTE(wankel @ Dec 24 2014, 08:50 AM) Sorry about that but happily for me it does say somewhere about the forum rules that english is the preferred language, so I don't feel I'm too out of place. Having a 'sleeper' modified car would be good. To put things is some perspective being caught speeding here like you chaps seem to love doing up and back from Genting would involve a fine something like AU$800, plus an automatic 6 month licence suspension and perhaps even having the car impounded. I fear being caught without the CC would be even harsher, it's far safer for us to have the car looking as stock as possible. Australia's housing area also has a very strict speed limit compliance. |

QUOTE Review from dares, I felt the opposite when I installed the bars on my FLX (well except the wallet part). I believe after installing the FSB and RSB, going thru bumps was actually MORE comfortable. Comfortable may not be the right word....the feeling is that you don't feel the rear end bouncing and twisting over the bump, instead it moves as one solid body. The nett effect is that the passengers don't get thrown left and right when going over bumps. Or maybe the FLX chassis+suspension was not very comfortable like the BLM to begin with unsure.gif Anyway for all new and old Gaga owners, if you haven't still, I'd consider strut bars to be one of the most essential mod for your car. Late di, still typing this short review on the 3Max front & rear strut bars installed on my car this morning at Mahihi's place. Great item! I second dares review that my car moves more solid'ly' over bumps and corners. I took a day trip up to Shah Alam, Klang, head to Mid Valley and lastly Petaling Jaya for makan makan and jalan jalan, pretty much cover 400kms of different types of road. Bumps and corners - high and low speed pretty much absorbed nicely with my stock FLX suspension and 15 inch tyres. Even my passenger for the day complimented on how solid the car moves over the first few bumps outside his workshop. I sort of regretted and wished I could have installed it sooner. Thanks for the good stuff! And to r3apers,dares,V12Kompressor who helped me & Mahihi with the installation, TQ too, you all are the funny buggers. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |
