Need advice please.

I am facing some problem with my front right side of my ride. Whenever I drive pass road which is abit rough(not bumpy roads, can be roads which have gravels) I heard alot of knocking sound coming out from the right side of my car. Previously I change my absorbers to GAB's SA Heavy Duty absorber due to the ori ones are spoilt. So I can safely say that the absorber are in good condition. The left side are fine, no weird knocking sound coming out.

Then when I drive around 100+kmph my steering actually vibrates very badly. Are this related? My rims & tyres(195/55/r15) are brand new so I doubt the rims are bended.

Reason I'm asking this is because during my previous service the mechanic spots some minor cracks on the rubber of my engine mount and advice me to change it but I didn't because from what I can see it's just some minor cracks. So can the worn engine mount cause this problem? Or is it issues with the drive shaft? I can only change 1 at a time.. if not my pocket gonna have a big hole cry.gif
