QUOTE(StarGhazzer @ Oct 10 2006, 12:11 AM) is it me, or does the grand slam sword look a bit oversized for the mg strike?QUOTE(whoami123 @ Oct 10 2006, 09:41 AM) Now I left my new MG with excellent skeleton "half naked" hahah, i leave my MG Mk II naked too. after all the effort to paint the inner frame, i feel sayang to cover it with armorright side of the body will put the armor on while exposing the left portion of the body but of course it only applicable for those MG with a complete inner skeleton frame |

the die cast parts are part of the ankle to provide balance so the kit won't fall over when u pasang the funnels on its back. that's what the tauke told me

QUOTE(StarGhazzer @ Oct 18 2006, 09:09 AM) Absolutely beautiful. couldnt really tell from the pics whether the grand slam already comes pre-coated like the PG version or whether painting is required. anyone got info on this?http://www.gundambase.com/community/news_v...=1&news_idx=373 http://www.gundambase.com/community/news_v...=1&news_idx=374 This post has been edited by asuk: Oct 18 2006, 02:49 PM |

not bad... fully bendable arms and legs, detail parts. as close to an MG as you can get. does it come with its own stand?

QUOTE(young_soul @ Nov 1 2006, 03:29 PM) Can anyone tell me what super clear does already? mr super clear and topcoat have the same function: as a clear coating to protect your paintjob and to give your model an overall gloss/semi-gloss/flat look. the difference is topcoat is aqueous/water based while mr super clear is lacquer based. (anyone can confirm this?) i have mr super clear spray but i havent tried topcoat, so i cant make a comparison (results wise) between those two. |

arghhh...i see armpit
anyway, regarding the topcoats, if you're not gonna paint em, i dun see much of a reason to use clear coats, since the unpainted already looks gloos/semi gloss to me. eitherway, i used mr super clear gloss on both unpainted and painted kits and i see no difference This post has been edited by asuk: Nov 2 2006, 05:02 PM |

i pity your logitech mouse kena hentam by your horny gundam good luck with the painting. 5 ringgit spray cans tend to produce thick coats of paint This post has been edited by asuk: Nov 3 2006, 04:14 PM |

QUOTE(tsubasa89 @ Nov 5 2006, 11:37 AM) its got a stand and some clear parts to do the 'jet stream attack' pose.the OYW dom is just a recolor of the older MG dom, nothing new or extra added. same with the ther OYW gouf, zaku II and gelgoog. anyway for those interested, time machine in time sq is selling mr super clear for rm32 and topcoat for rm22. |

QUOTE(Jckk @ Dec 12 2006, 01:25 PM) meh, gm sniper's base colour looks fugly. you need a lot of paint to fix that. thats the most horrible green color i've seen on a gm. worse than the puke-green of the space typesbut nth a little painting wouldnt fix. |
