I'm the buyer for Palida (own stay during VP). I'm stay at Semenyih for 13 years and previously worked at Jalan Sultan Ismail (New KLCC) for 18 years. Thank you all sifu for sharing and update the information about this project.

Yes. Sam gor. I can share the journey from Semenyih to KL (Near KLCC). The following are the journey from Semenyih to KL (KLCC).

1. Around 6:45am send my children to Sin Ming school (Journey around 15 minutes) & If on school holiday only less than 5 minutes.

2. Used Silk highway (RM 1.00) to Mines around 7:30 am (Journey around 25 minutes-35 minutes) to Sungai Besi (Nirvana - Jam) around 7:45 am (Traffic Jam) and reach my ex-company before 8:30 am.

Actually Semenyih not jam, only jam at KL area. If on School holiday only take 45 to 50 minutes. The reason I resigned from my ex-company because Traffic Jam at Mines, Sungai Besi, Tun Razak, Jalan Ampang (KL) only. Not all people work in KL or PJ.

My part time jobs at Selayang Baru (Saturday) take me around 50 minutes. Talk to me first, If people said take 2.5 hours to KL, will make me KETAWA only.

PJ people will said Semenyih far, Semenyih people will said PJ far.

I can tell you all also that my sister also bought house at Ecohill for invest but now she change her mind already. Why ??? Difference people difference thinking, I don't care flipper or own stay, Ghost town or not.

2. EQ not high, can't tahan orang cakap or tegur.

Dear all,

I had called EM last week for Lee Hom free ticket. They asked me whether I'm buyer or not, and I reply "No". They inform me go to their website, register and print out the serial number. Then go to EM to get 4 standing ticket for each register. Only can register in January 2015.

I'm not sure for buyer, may be buyer got seat.

SP Setia give a last minutes message is GOOD, if not I think will have many flipper. I heard from one of my sister (worked at xx Bank at Housing loan department) and been informed by her the percentage for own stay OK...

Yes. Agree with u. I also ask ppl during booking time, they also told me bought for home stay but some told me for invest or keep it for retire.

13 years ago when I moved to semenyih, not many car but now u see a lot of car means population increase. Semenyih town jam is good coz more people likes to stay at Semenyih, and now we going to have lekas highway link to SEH/EM.

Today I received a call from my friend from selayang which we not contact for 2 years, she also bought house at tiara east semenyih for home stay, it means more people likes to stay Semenyih.

I don't know why people likes to see SEH/EM become Ghost town, any benefit they have. Not goods to say peoples flipper, you think everyone can become flipper, I want to become a flipper also can not coz no extra $$$$$$.

Take time. Do you think got people pandai than developer meh. I also informed by another sister too (i have 3 sisters) that recently her company also buy land at semenyih but I don't know which part, mean developer also know Semenyih will become a good township. time will show every things.
