It is not about lawyer is inefficient. It just about them having so many SPA to be processed and they have no idea you need it fast.
Hence the importance of coordinating everyone's work and set the right expectation from the beginning to avoid dispute later on. After informing the lawyer, I got my document, so I guess that was the missing key  |

tbh, i went to EM showroom and before I open mouth to ask question, the salesgirl already explain EM and started to compare with SEH...
amazing the level of selling/downgrading they put into SEH to sell their project |

EM will likely be the benchmark and so call crown of the jewels. But it comes with premium and for really rich people only. Ecohill won't be that bad either, it can be really close or as good as EM, but with cheaper pricing. So I am happy irregardless of what they said . |
