well..as a buyer for precint 1 DSL, i am ok with the offer from sp setia.

the guard house is confirmed built.

the fencing, i do not see any issue. eventhough not happen upon VP, i am sure in future the RA also can get the approval and set up for it.

don't forget there is free alarm system on each of the houses...

with the private garden in the precint 1, is good enough...

eventhough the parc can be access by the public, it's a good thing for us as well.

try look at other housing area, very rare they will have such a nice huge park....

the location is nearer to the parc, and international school, and also got own private garden...and the material that use is better compare to phase 1...
