It seems like there is confusion about the schedule, perhaps I can contribute to make clarification.
SEH houses are following Schedule G residential payment schedule, it is pretty standard. I have shared this in the thread before, perhaps we can refresh again:
1. Immediate upon signing the SPA : 10%
2a. Foundation of the building: 10%
2b. Structural framework of the building: 15%
2c. Walls of the building and door & window frame: 10%
2d. Roofing, electrical wiring, plumbing, internal telephone trunking and cabling: 10%
2e. Internal and external finishes, including wall: 10%
2f. Sewerage works of the building: 5%
2g. Drain of the building: 5%
2h. Road serving the building: 5%
3. Purchaser takes possession, with water and electricity ready: 12.5%
4. Land title and valid MOT: 2.5%
5a. 8 months after VP: 2.5% (lawyer as stakeholder, for defects liability claim)
5b. 24 months after VP: 2.5% (lawyer as stakeholder, for defects liability claim)
I just received 2b for my unit... Seems like pretty slow...
