no, it is posted to me after a while. Also I told SPS that I am withdrawing, may delay in settling the remaining.
Can't remember how long cause it is over one year already.

You need to chase your lawyer now and call SPS to inform them of the delay...
*
In this case i should remind him already if its what you've advised.

Basis of what he has told me earlier, most likely the copy of SPA copy still unavailable hence the EPF wthdrawal cant proceed.

If the developer execute the time frame of 31 days upon signing SPA, thats really a worry while the lawyer is inefficient.

Thanks for your info Robert.

It is not about lawyer is inefficient. It just about them having so many SPA to be processed and they have no idea you need it fast.

Hence the importance of coordinating everyone's work and set the right expectation from the beginning to avoid dispute later on.

After informing the lawyer, I got my document, so I guess that was the missing key smile.gif

Hopefully they will allow some leniency there should there be any delays. rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif

Do you know this thing need to do every few years?
It is not just do once and can forget about it...

Hence my preference of not doing it right away if SPS has done it...
*
Yes I know. Problem is dunno how they do it and do they really effort to do it. Unless this 1 also part of the warranty... Still very sien if to fight to get things claim if they refuses to pay for it....

I think he should have done that. gonna check with him again

If already clearly inform about the EPF withdrawal, then can call the lawyer to expedite the process, I presume the lawyer and SPS both understand the urgency of this matter...

Since government not allow DBIS scheme, SEH has provided 3% rebate to cover interest during construction. 😀😀..nothing much different with DIBS Scheme.

Hello all,
Good day! Have anyone here attended the Ecoworld Starlight concert on last Saturday in Semenyih?
I was there and very pleased to strolled past ecohill, checking on the progress of construction also at the same time. It was a pleasant walk and in fact I overheard many are are already making decision to enquire whether there are still leftover units available to purchase in ecohill as the surroundings is so calming. biggrin.gif

After the end of the concert, I once again strolled back and passed by ecohill, and one thing that surprised me, there is quite apparent smell of acrid, with mixture of animal feed in the air when I was at the middle section of ecohill (agusta plot). It is quite worrying and it lasted about a minute or so. When I reached pallida plot, it went away. I was there at around 11.50pm.

Did anyone noticed that? It is worrying for me as I am the buyer of ecohill also and want this issue to be solved.

Thank you.

Yes. I also noticed the smell of acid during my way back from eco majestic. The environment is nice & the road is much wider than semenyih trunk road. That day I jammed almost 1 hour from semenyih till eco hill welcome center. 😢😢

I reckon the smell come from the fertilizer that they use for landscaping. Quite normal if you visit construction site with a lot surrounding greenery.
