This is a great design....

During the rush period, the roundabout mostly only will be used by the cars coming from two main road only: Persiaran Ecohill Barat and Persiaran Ecohill Timur, no interference from the cars from EcoMajestic...

The traffic will be flowing in one way out/in at the morning or evening, without any traffic light in between. This will definitely ease the traffic and less jam will be encountered...

No sure whether the road behind the apartment can lead to Jalan Semenyih (as it will lead to the Industry area - Ngo Chew Hong Semenyih), but I am pretty sure the road behind the commercial area shall be connected to the Jalan Semenyih...

I truly admire the 2-tier roundabout, as this design shall let the traffic enter to roundabouts only from 2 directions (Persiaran Ecohill Timur and Barat only), not like other roundabout which normally allow traffic come in from 3 or 4 different directions... This kind of design definitely will promote better traffic flow...

In addition, I think Ecohill link won't jam as well coz it is a very straight road with all the flyover bridges to the Lekas toll, coz there is no other car shall access to this link (except the EM link, persiaran ecohill timur and barat), this will avoid any traffic bottleneck as well...

Overall, this is a very decent design, hardly to ask for more... Kudos to the SEH planning team...

I have asked this question before, single entry point, shall jam or not..

After I rethink about it, personally think it won't... Take example of some high dense condominium, > 500 units are using the same entry point as well, do you encounter they will be facing serious jam during the morning/evening period? Unless there is a traffic light straight after the guard house (entry point), otherwise traffic will be moving and won't jam... Furthermore, I think the entry point to presint 1 shall consists consists of 2 lanes in and 2 lanes out design, should be no problem though...

1.) First, MRR2 currently jam or not? MRR2 extend how many km and how many entrance junction?

2.) Second, Jalan Kuching jam or not? Jalan Kuching extend how many km and how many entrance junction?

3.) Third, the roundabout accept traffic from how many direction? 3, 4? SEH only shall receive 2.

4.) Fourth, how many populations in Selayang / Batu Caves / Sentul compare to Semenyih / Beranang? Yeah, if really one day Semenyih / Beranang achieve the population density as those area, maybe will jam too... But if that's the case, clearly prove that Semenyih / Beranang no more ghost town loh...

I think I have asked this question in the thread before,as I never live in condo before, but I am sure there are some forummers sharing about their experience in condo.

I think the guard house to presint 1 should be something similar to the current one that located at the entrance to the show unit / sales gallery... 2 lanes each I presume... Maybe some allocated space for visitor parking their cars as well...

Semenyih is under MPKJ and hence is definitely considered as part of Klang valley...

Try to relate this Ecohill link with the one in Batu Caves really a joke..

1.) If Jalan Kuching is not jam during peak hour, you see this Batu Caves roundabout will jam or not? This roundabout jam is because Jalan Kuching jam mah, people take roundabout cannot go down because Jalan Kuching jam like hell mah... Ecohill link direct access to Lekas toll, with no car can enter during the route, can it be jammed up like Jalan Kuching boh? This is the first joke info that bring people to holan...

2.) As I mention so many times, this is 2-tier roundabout, residents from EM will use the connecting road underneath of the roundabout to go directly to the Lekas exit, maybe only this joker so sxhai will go to the roundabout if he comes from the red carpet bridge, direct road dun want, want go up to roundabout and down again to the same road.. This is joke number 2..

3.) With this 2-tier roundabout, people can easily visualize that only cars from Precint 1 (Persiaran Ecohill Timur) and presint 2 & 3 (Persiaran Ecohill Barat) shall use the roundabout.

During morning period, cars from Persiaran Ecohill Timur shall go to the roudabout, exit at 3 o'clock to Ecohill link, while cars from Persiaran Ecohill Barat, shall enter the roundabout and exit 9 o'clock. EM residents from red carpet bridge shall use the connecting road underneath the roundabout, not going to roundabout, because only sxhai will go to roundabout and go down again..

During evening period, cars from Lekas exit that want to go to Persiaran Ecohill timur shall not need to go to roundabout again, as they just exit before reaching the roundabout, again EM resident shall go direct underneath the roundabout (no need go to roundabout for sure), and those resident from Presint 2 and 3 shall go to the roundabout and exit at 3 o'clock back to their presint..

As we can see, this roundabout generally only serving the traffic from 2 exits only, only the sxhai joker shall consider this roundabout is 4 exits, as the one in Batu Caves roundabout This is the third joke...

Latest news: there is a new McDonald shall be opened beside the shoplots of Kajang Perdana, opposite if TTDI grove sales gallery..

This is the second McD within the vicinity (there is already one in Saujana Impian, which is just a few km away).

It looks like McD team is confident on the growth of Semenyih-Kajang corridor. From Semenyih Lekas to this area is just about 5 minutes driving..

p/s: SEH resident do not need to go to this new McD as there is already an existing one which is just few hundred meter away from Tesco Semenyih...
