Looks like G&G is getting the goodies while Precinct 1 seems quite left out. 😞
Haven't checked out Home Pro at Ioi City Mall.
Wonder why the mall mgt put them at separate ends of the mall? Easier to go to both if they are next to each other.

Precinct 1 most of the stuff are public so they cannot do much for us. So far only confirmed got playground for Phase 1 and fencing is unconfirmed yet (subject to approval from MPKJ). I've sent a mail to SPS too on this and I hope to get a positive repsonse. Lack of focus in P1 is something that I am not happy with. Someone can argue that the house are cheaper but you adds up all the units, the revenue to SPS is consider high also. I really hope they will do something about it.... |
