 The end of the day. Taken back in 2005, a Sunday outing with myBest & Leschang, having a great time there eating and enjoying marvelous sunset.  Love is in the air. Taken with good old D70, Tamron 70-300LD Macro. Classic  Reprocess for richer tonal and sharpness.  Shining. Taken back in Pesta Bunga '05, reprocess for tonal, sharpness and conrast. Light propped up with toilet paper roll ... respect man! Outside frame using PVC water pipping .. fuiyoh ... double-respect. Photo-wise, the colour saturation and contrast is okay but if you're doing for clients, I guess it's just software work. Good job!

EF 16-35 should compete with AF17-35. both for FF. while the 17-55, canon havent come out with equal or better version yet, the 17-55 IS is few streets losing. |

yeah, and then can wannabe go shoot bird with 400/4.. ok lar... add a 1.7x TC, 680mm optic range, 1020mm FOV at the cost of 1.5x light lost, still OK kua... but then, D200 cam 1000 cannot go liao, need power cam 2000 module on D2... faint... D2x with 2x FOV - 1360mm FOV! woohooo.. wannabe..
200-400 - RM 23k? D2Xs - RM 15k? 8G CF So can shoot like no tmr - RM 0.7k |

Do you think they can build the whole bridge in that timeframe? I think maybe need 10-15 years. |

thx mr-2, 17-55 is the most suitable dx lens for indoor event shot offered by nikon at the moment
 guess the lens, D200, ISO1600, Handheld, No flash.  Street raper performance.  Getting into char, street performance.   Uniq dance, you nv seen before, based on Penang cultures, performed by group of Penang-kia. and after this, heavy rain.. kns... so we went for ...  oh no, its not beer ;P |

i'm been around tokyo a few times, so far i guess only yodobashi shop has lots of things to get for camera stuff, but the price most of them are in retail price. i found yodobashi has more stuff than other shop in akihabara. |

yodobashi,bicamera has more stuff.. reason why its at retail price is that the give discounts in points.. 1 point 1 yen.. means u hafta buy there again to redeem it but everything gives u at least 10% points.

Yeah went bukit hijau to shoot water fall, but ur buddy me, screwed up teruk teruk... waterfall pictures look ugly till i dun even wan to keep them...

Finally has a day off from tight roadshows.
Resurrected ccwong's custom made Light tent made earlier, put in some backdrop and do some shoot with some bottol i can find in my house... here're the shots today. not wud I expected, lots of failure on reflection :'(  this one cant see the shape cleary :'(  need a better cloth for this, now it has blue tint and scarce surface  KwaiFeh on White Manila Card  Added a glass with plain water + ice, look better?  1. It was a cool night and me and goldfish decided to go out for a spin at 2.30am  2. Then we decided to go McD greenlane for an early 'breakfast' or late 'supper'  3. Tasty BigMac for the BigAl. Yeah, midnight heavy duty meal  4. Then we were roaming around town, and came across this. Our very own town hall in this full glory at 3am.  5. While we are at the town hall, got a bunch of mat rempit trying to approach us while we were trying to shoot town hall, which doesnot look good, so we quickly moved our ass to the other end of the esplanade.  6. Here, Goldfish took some shots on the metal nutmeg thing, which the fountain was obviously turn off already at this hour.  7. So we were roaming around heading home, and gold fish was doing hes stunt, shooting while driving. (Kids don't do this in cars)  8. So how bout BigAl? Yeah, me shooting in passenger seat loh. blow wind a bit, clear my minds.  9. The Future Is Here, kinda like time traveling scene u get in those movie eh? |

Went to Genting on Mon's morning during Lensa's 929 event.
It was a day with heavy mist, almost had to stay overnight on hill. I was trying out more on the compacts cam in Metropolitan Park, Relau this morning and here's some photos I managed to processed.
 Panoramic View on the Playground.  Red Horsy Horse!  Inside The Castle  Outside the Castle Then, I also do some exposure bracketing and later merged them into HDR, which does not turn out to be successful. Here's original metered by camera  Original Vivid Mode out of camera with bicubic downsize only.  Merged 3 shots (+/- 0.6EV) to HDR, Highlight Compression Mode.  This is using another set of 3 photos (+/-1EV), Local Adaptation Mode, Curves adjustment.
