One of my friend have this machine by another company for many years already. Maybe 10 years and she is still alive and healthy. I personally experienced immediate headache relieve from this machine so I think it's good for improve blood circulation.. It can't replace hospital or doctor or medication and nutrition, but it can benefit our health. So it's good to have one.
