My first attempt on unplanned taking star trails with only tripod + my A6000 with 16-50. Was planning to take milky way but moon is too bright and in luck of meeting 2 70 years old photographer taking star trails, and gotten some knowledge from them but the outcome is fail as it is dotted star trail which I guess the gap between each picture is too long as I manually press the shutter button with 2 sec timer each time

QUOTE(Eiraku @ Oct 27 2015, 12:39 AM) Yum... looks like a great FF lens. No converters? Yeah, kinda satisfy with this as my first attempt. I did not take long enough, just around 50+ image as it is too cold that night. Wish to try more but kinda hard to find a suitable place in malaysia and also safety is also my main concern K1d0 Looks okay to me lol. Might not be fully continuous star trails, but it looks pretty nice in its own unique way. |
