thanks for the replies guys..i'm still using my iphone 4s
Yup somehow the iphone's camera sensor is better in general compared to the android phones but I was looking at that oneplus forum thread where the user posts his photos taken with his 1plus and the photos were pretty awesome
@evanrue : ive been thinking of the g3 but raelly wary of the UI lag or any lag for that matter..coming from an iphone where as you know there arent many lags or none at all since it cant be customized and all that...no offence guys, ive never used an android phone at all so I dont know but i keep hearing/reading the reviews on the UI lag..it differs for so many ppl, been reading all sorts of reviews, some rave about the battery, some complain...wah damn pening lol
I can recommend the OPPO Find7 or Find7a if camera speed is your priority; the ColorOS camera speed in both OPPO phones are fast. ColorOS itself is not that laggy, but I personally prefer stock or near stock UI (Trebuchet, Google Launcher, Nova).
I can't say much about Samsung phones; i generally stay away from Samsung because their design aesthetics are not my cup of tea.
As for the OnePlus One, it's an excellent phone provided that you:
1. check the phone physically at the shop to make sure the phone is working correctly.. some possible issues include signal strength, random reboots.
2. don't mind the camera lag issue. i find the LenovoCamera app a very good substitute to the stock camera when it comes to fast pic snapping.
3. take really good care of it (the warranty issue i mentioned earlier)
